For all of his advance logic processors and unfathomable terabytes of scientific brilliance, Shockblast still has the capability to be a fucking idiot, case in point Grimlock. Before he was every bit an Autobot powerhouse who commanded an elite team of hunters specially trained to hunt down the more gigantic Decepticons.

Back in his early years Grimlock at least needed the combined force of his team to bring down the likes of Bruticus and Predaking....but because of Shockblast's twisted experimentation on this once prisoner of war, well, Grimlock can dismantle Bruticus with his bare hands alone. And even though his cerebral processors took a few serious hits he is still the tactical master of the battlefield he always was, battle is his mantra and there are few who are as skilled with a sword as he is. The Decepticons have plenty of unfair advantages to use against the Autobots, but when Grimlock makes the scene the odds become much more balanced.
