The Technorganic Blue NanoRanger, tactical expert of the Technorganic NanoRangers. As with all the Technorgain NanoRangers, his suit and weaponry is completely composed and forged of the most advance semi-sentient nano-machines in the universe, possessing a symbiotic artificial intellegence that responds to the users's commands and the data imput of the Ranger Battle-Card Reader. The wrist-watch style Battle-Card Reader is the suit's nano-machine network's primary means of downloading nano-machine based software/hardware in the heat of battle, each Battle-Card imputed giving the suit additional (and often times temporary) powers and/or weapons.

The Blue NanoRanger's primary base functions and powers include the beast combat abilities of the Pacyderm, his base energy is chriogenic liquid hydrogen. His special Nano Hyperdrive ability is elastic body-mass. He wields the NanoBuster Hammer which has a pile-driving hammer-head and an ionizer axe head, the handle's length can instantly increase to almost any length and decrease to it's original length. His Zord is the tenacious Blue NanoBeast Pacyderm.

Best friend and colledge peer of both Raven Baxter and Chelsea Daniels, he was rather displeased when it turned out he was also compatible with the NanoRanger System as it not only tossed a serious monkey wrench in his social life but ultimately had him going up against impossible odds he could never be properly prepared for. Needless to say he is the most reluctant of the team, in some cases needing Raven and Chelsea to talk him into doing some of the insane missions the NanoRangers often find themselves in. But as reluctant as he is, he refuses to just turn his back on his friends when they need him the most and will grow a pair as best he can when the situation calls for it.
