Fan Fiction Fuel - The Infinity Gauntlet

The young boy known only as Sora awakes to a startling sight, a strange demon like girl with scissors revealing him to be a Farreacher, one of the few people on Earth to bridge the gap between Earth and the Farwood. Even more it is revealed that the strange green stone left to him by his mother is even more important than first realized and it will be up to him and his new friends to not only keep this gem safe but ultimately use it to reinforce what fleeting defense lies at the Farwood's Border against the coming threat.....

....which brings us clear across the other side of the universe. Thanos the Fourth Lustful Son of Unicron has finally obtained the fifth out of six unique Gems of Infinite Power he needs for his ultimate goal, the very purpose of which he was born....revive Unicron. It's bad enough that Thanos himself can easily be the biggest threat to the universe when he obtains all six gems but should he manage to use those Gems to revive the planet eater, well, there is no turning back. Worst yet there is Darkseid, the Sixth Slothful Son of Unicron. By all accounts he is purely helping his "brother" in his endeavors and has no real stakes other than honoring Thanos' desire to be a family.....

But in truth, Darkseid has only one goal that does not include either his "brother's" wishes or his "father's" revival. No, his desire is the AntiLife Equasion. It is the one thing not even these six Gems can counter and can even severe the link between him and that dead chaos bringer. And according to his research which even included the very creation of the Saiyan race by his own hands, there is only one person in the whole universe who can give him what he wants.....a lone Kryptonian that has survived Krypton's destruction. Helping Thanos ignite this "Infinity War" is but Darkseid's plan to draw this last Kryptonian out of hiding and possibly force him to bring out the Anti-Life Equasion against Thanos.....

And eventually because of Sora's actions and overwhelming fear of what's coming, he brings together many of Earth's greatest heroes to the Farwood's Border, including the surviving Kryptonian. This act all but catches the attention of several outside threats that go rushing into the fray....and worse of all alerts Thanos to the location of the last Gem he needs to complete his ultimate power.

Meanwhile, clear across the neighboring galaxy but not too far from where the Infinity War will soon take place, a lone Cybertronian walks the barren deserts of Warworld. There he seeks his very antithesis in an attempt to reclaim the lost treasure of Cybertron, the only other thing that could possibly combat both the Gems and Unicron. A light so powerful it can light the universe's darkest hour.....
