Yep, at one pont Dr. Wily though "eh fuck it let's just through together some robot parts and see what's what". The result was Junk Man who asside from being a literal Frankenstein's Monster of technology is not anything special......until you notice the very power source holding him together, an electro magnetic power core so potent and strong that the one Jasmagnine possessed pailed in comparrasion, so potent in fact it was even radio-active!

And now here he is, one of the Sephirot Spartans wreaking havoc upon all in his wake carrying out Bass' destructive will.

I never did like Junk Man's design, it was trying too hard to look like scrap metal junk that it just didn't feel like he was made of scrap metal junk at all. I think a random assortment of robot parts in decent condition produces the visual of a "junk Man" much more nicely...but that's just me.
