While all members of this species can evolve to Shadocula, only one of them can have that privilege to do so. This privilege can only be obtained by defeating the current Shadocula in a battle to the death.
This can only evolve by being in the player's party when the player defeats a Shadocula in battle (including battles against other players), if this Pokemon participates in the battle it also learns a new move as a bonus.

SHADOCULA; Dark Lord Pokemon
GHOST/PSYCHIC TYPE
Shocking how this is not a true Legendary since there can only be one in the entire world at any time. It holds dominion over all Ghoulpire and Ghosteratu.
