Pokémon art director Ken Sugimori did an interview with Siliconera (so I have read on Blistered Thumbs), a quote from that interviewed regarding DLC is as follows-
"When it comes to business, the one thing I've always said 'no!' to is 'the act of buying Pokémon with money,' That is something that has been said since the days [Satoshi] Tajiri was completely involved in everything. The reason being, is because it's one of things that could 'ruin the worldview' of Pokémon, I believe the reason we don't simply commercialize [Pokémon], is that it's a way of protecting the brand, and for this purpose, we have the specialty company called The Pokémon Company. Therefore, suppose we sell a Pokémon for 100 yen, then we must prepare something that is worthy of that 100 yen, along with a reasonable consent for doing so. It's not that we only want to distribute Pokémon, but we want to give our customers a taste of a 'new experience'" Sugimori further elaborated. "Whatever we do, we make sure it fits the worldview, and make sure it remains consistent. Those are some of the parts we place a great amount of importance into. If we ever get the idea of 'this could be fun if we could sell it for real-life money,' or something similar during the planning of a future game, then perhaps we could sell them for 100 yen."
Well if these guys are considering the idea of DLC for X and Y then I say fuck it give us access to all 718 Pokémon, just not necessarily gift wrapped and given to us up front. What they could do is offer cheaply priced updates to the Kalos region's wild fauna that include even more of the previous gens they couldn't fit in to the cartridge prior, you'd still have to go and catch them in the wild so as to keep the core of the Pokémon experience. By buying such updates you basically have more Pokémon to find and catch in Kalos whenever you want (and you could naturally catch as many of a single species as you want). Hell you could pay for a fauna update that has ALL the starters be obtainable in the wild, sure it's nice to have the Starters gift wrapped for you but I imagine a lot of Pokefans would love the experience of catching them in the wild. And on top of that give us an extra box to put Pokémon in at no additional cost. As for Legendaries, well, I can totally see them putting out story DLC where we gain access to new events leading to the chance to capture a Legendary or two. Then of course if they just want to add brand new Pokémon to the Kalos region's wild fauna...
Hell I'd settle for Paid DLC that gives us the option to have more than one bloody save! Years later and they still don't have enough room on the cart for more than one save, poor cartridges must barely have a KB or two of free space on them XD

Woke is the latest Slur Word
That feeling when you see some thumbnail for a video or article about "X-Men being destroyed by being woke, destroyed by the woke agenda, why the hell are they making Wolverine gay?" Seeing that kind of bullshit and wanting to just confront the person posting that clickbait, look them dead in the eye and just ask them straight up.... "Brah, have you not read or watched a piece of X-Men media in your fucking life?" It's like it's all too obvious what the REAL agenda going on here is, closet far righters WHINING about how the world doesn't want to cater to them anymore. A bunch of selfish racist mysoginist homophobic conservative bigot fuckbois getting pissy that they can't just do to these "shows with woke agendas" the same thing they did to William Walker's All of Mankind mural in Chicago! Seriously I'm at my wit's end with this shit. Hearing all these little crybabies "wah, wah, no one wants me to be an asshole no more they won't let me make poor taste jokes at other people's
Shit my Underhell Comic feels Redundant now XD
Y'know thinking about it now I come off as a damn hypocrite for complaining about Hazbin Hotel feeling like another damn anime. I basically wrote a crappy "AU sequel" fan fiction with the premise of "What if the Hazbin Hotel was such a failure it closed down?" for no other reason than because I really liked that one initial strip I drew of Frisk from Undertale bumping into Charlie and wanted to expand on it. Who am I to judge right? But that's the gag isn't it? My crappy comic (and that game idea concept) are no different than Cupcakes or Fallout Equestria, just a bit of edgy cringy grimdark nonsense for the fun of it with the understanding that the actual Hazbin Hotel would know better. Be a better story, be exactly the story about a rehabilitation center run by the sweetest of hearts you've ever met that the pilot promised. My comic was just a fun bit of what if that other fans can just enjoy on the side to the actual Hazbin Hotel that matters. It's like with Friendship Is Magic
Why yes, Palworld is Deliberately about Slavery
Man it was quite the experience playing a "Pokemon Game" that actually makes the whole subject of animal cruelty and slavery part of the gameplay instead of a meager narrative flourish like Black & White did (man that game sucks the more I look back at it). I got to the point where I had the rock pit that just spawns a seemingly infinite amount of rocks (especially if you turn that bullshit construct degradation off). Didn't even think about it since I had plenty of food and enough beds for the seven Pal group I had, some even having quirks that made them diligent workers. But only one of them had the mining skill, so when I come back and saw the message "The cat Pal is stressed and refused to work", that shit hit me harder than I expected. Just having the convenience of an infinite stone spawner was making my Pal overwork cause they were also doing all this other stuff on top of that mining bit. So I got rid of the rock pit. Then I introduced the one leaf chipmunk into the work

I would hope for an expansion on the 3D Pokedex Pro to bring it up-to-date with Gen 6 before any DLC for X/Y.
