Vampiranger Heat

POWER RANGERS VAMPIRE SYMPHONY (Ongaku Sentai Vampiranger)
Full Burst Mode is the hottest rock band in the world right now, already sporting double platinum with their forth album and topping the charts they are now on tour throughout America.....unfortunately they happen upon a far off corner of America notorious for sightings of vampires. And well, after their lead singer Marceline is kidnapped by this asshole calling himself "Prince Alucard", a whole incident ensues involving all three members aided by a centuries old vampire hunter named Jonathan in slaying the vampire prince. But as he was dying he decides to try an infuse his dark soul into the three musicians to survive, Jonathan then calls upon the remnants of Zordon to come beyond the grave and save them from this dark infusion....in the end it turns them into a strange new breed of half vampires, the Vampirangers.

And things get worse from there as the Vampire Princess Marishka (who bears an uncanny resemblance to Azula from Avatar) swears revenge for the death of her husband hunting the Vampirangers down along with her two lieutenants Aleera and Verona (who bear an uncanny resemblance to Ty Lee and Mai). Adding the Vampire Princess in her hunt is a legion of Vladshades, creatures of horror (and other such classic literature and legends) with powers and forms beyond logic and reason, even beyond madness itself!

And so the members of Full Burst Mode have to endure a new reality as the Vampirangers, dark power wielding defenders of the world not only fighting against the creatures of the night but also trying to finish their national tour without any more hiccups.

Garfield Rains
Drummer of the band and ironically the only member who looks like a heavy metal band member (mostly cause he is rather uncouth). He is the yellow Vampiranger who wields the haunting lights illuminating from the restless spirits of the dead, his guardian beast is the Mummy Servant of Horus. Being the drummer he is not all that obligated to be in as much of the public eye as the others, thus he has ended up being the most laid back member much to the dismay of Dio and Marceline. Luckily the benefit of being the laid back one is that he often ends up being a somewhat voice of reason when the other two are over stressing themselves. On the flip side however he's kind of an absent minded fool prone to making a few hard fumbles here and there thus earning him the nickname "Launchpad".

His knack for being a voice of reason serves him well as a ranger, often keeping his fellow red ranger from losing his marbles in a dire situation. His absent minded nature is quite supressed by his ranger persona and he is much more focused and aware, however this doesn't make him smarter and he is still prone to making some rather bone headed tactics in battle. Interesting enough he's kind of the strong man of the group with his flame attacks doing heavy damage.
