Yeah here we go again. What's it this time? I'm thinking a 3D Megaman game along the lines Banjo Kazooie and Jak & Daxter, maybe steering more to Donkey Kong 64 but nowhere near as tedious or heavy on item collecting.
Story? Hmmm.....it starts with Mega Man haven beaten eight Robot Masters and now is making his way into Wily's Castle. But then he finds something very wrong with this castle in particular. For starters it has a unique field that ends up stripping him of all his just recently acquired weapons and gear, second it seems to have several chambers that lead to trans dimensional fluxes in reality, third there are now several unusual walls that require the use of "Data Cores" to unlock, and lastly there are swarms of creatures that should not be in this reality. And as he begins his assault he finds several unusual heroes who are directly effected by the strange happenings in this castle. They will all have to team up with the Blue Bomber to set things right and kick Wily's self absorbed sanctimonious ass in again.

MEGA MAN
PRIMARY ATTRIBUTE: Projectile shooting via the Mega Buster.
SECONDARY ATTRIBUTES: Wall Jumping, Dashing and Dash Jump.
The main character gimmick here would be that you will always have access to Mega Man and one partner of your choosing, you can switch between the two at any time but to actually pick your partner of choice you need to find and accessDK Barrels Giant Eddies to switch out your partners. Another benefit of switching partners is that you change Mega Man's charged shot attack.
SONIC THE HEDGEHOG
PRIMARY ATTRIBUTE: Fastest running speed, can even be amplified by Lost World style run button.
SECONDARY ATTRIBUTES: Homing Jump Attack, Ball Curling

The hub world for the entire game. Lots of swerving trap ridden corridors and rooms, littered with enemies and guarded by an ever changing Yellow Devil who will take on several new forms as things progress.
CHEMICAL PLANT
A massive environment ruining facility filled with all kinds of curious alchemic substances both lethal and otherwise, all of them used to power and keep running a massive Roboticizer turning living animals into technological soldiers.
SONIC'S WARDEN; Spark Man
A sentient two prong capacitor siphoning the rodent's natural speed to further power the energy reactors of the facility.
STAGE BOSS; Quick Man
Sonic is forced to face the Roboticizer's guardian alone as he is the only one who can move fast enough to enter the Roboticizer's dangerous arc reactor where the guardian resides using his super speed to charge it up.
N. SANITY ISLAND
A long stretch of jungle and temple ruins being ravaged and broken down, the vast energy rich crystals being plucked from the earth at a most alarming rate.
CRASH'S WARDEN; Snake Man
A serpentine fiend using his snake legion to keep the easily frightened Crash in place and using his spin to power the central drill.
STAGE BOSS; Wood Man
Crash is the only one the very spirits of the temple will even allow into the inner sanctum where this evil living tree now lurks, tainting the hallowed ground with his evil mojo.
ASTEROID MOON
A seemingly barren rock in space with its own orbiting belt of small asteroids. It is said there is a grand treasure here left behind by a long lost alien civilization.
SCROOGE'S WARDEN; Blade Man
A master of combat who has such skill he doesn't even need to tamper with or enter the godzillionaire's shuttle to keep him or his family and crew trapped inside. Just the unrelenting fear of this sword headed fiend is enough.
STAGE BOSS; Junk Man
Scrooge being Scrooge he has had his primary treasure hold station triple encrypted to only allow him inside, thus he is the only one who can go in and stop this makeshift behemoth from pillaging the station's super reactor.
VILLAGE OF LOST SOULS
A hellish underworld where the damned roam, particularly the lost humanity of those who became zombies. Turns out several zombies have been roped in by the promise of reclaiming their souls into a rather intense conversion operation to turn the entire realm into a perpetual energy conductor.
SHANTAE'S WARDEN; Skull Man
The very fiend controlling all the zombies using their souls as their leashes, said souls make for an effective anti magic cage.
STAGE BOSS; Pharaoh Man
Because of her Half Genie lineage Shantae is the only one who can survive the realm's center core, thus she has to go in alone and face this even more dangerous harvester of souls trying to become the very consciousness that governs this somber plain.
BAND LAND
A freakish dream like sky world composed entirely of instruments, just below it is the just as weirdly musical based Desert of Dijiridoos. There is strange energy to be found in this place, energy that has a most tantalizing power effect on Wily's robots making it another target.
RAYMAN'S WARDEN; Shade Man
This vampiric skyterror was able to out maneuver even the odd and impressive Rayman in the skies, now keeping the disembodied limbs hero grounded on the hot desert sands it will take someone with a steady aim and quick trigger finger to bring this bat down.
STAGE BOSS; Air Man
This titanic skyterror all but rules the skies now, only the most brave (and strange) of fliers can hope to best this airborne behemoth. Thus it falls to the unusual Rayman to take the skies back.
BOWSER'S KEEP
A foreboding gothic castle that is both boiling with lava and freezing with frost. The ideal dungeon to keep kidnapped princesses and foolish heroes who failed to scale its trap ridden halls.
MARIO'S WARDEN; Freeze Man
A crystal armored ninja warrior whose mastery of ice is strong enough to push the portly plumber's mastery of flame to its limits keeping the mustached man trapped within an ever closing block of freezing death.
STAGE BOSS; Drill Man
Bowser's Airship is much too high and heavily armed for anyone else to reach other than Mario, it is up to him to destroy it before it is delivered to Wily's weapons mass production facility by this deadly three drill doom machine.
CASINO NIGHT
The massive city sized theme park that is under invasion by a robot army aiming to convert this entire city into a new Eggmanland complete with nasty tasting egg based fast food at obscene prices.
STAGE BOSS; Spring Man
Spearheading the invasion is this coil armed pinball wizard that only Sonic's speed and natural ball curling can hope to match in combat.
RAINBOW ROAD
What was once a famous tourist attraction and home of the Mario Kart Grand Prix is now being turned into a more powerful trans dimensional gateway for Wily's new Alliance of Evil to use as they please and conquer several parallel worlds at once.
STAGE BOSS; Astro Man
This little twerp of a satellite based robot thinks he's safe from the superior kart racing skills of the plumber, he's in for a rude awakening.
TINKERBAT FACTORY
A forbidden pirate's cove with all manner of steam powered mechanical monstrosities designed to create and harness magical energies that modern technology cannot hope to reach.
STAGE BOSS; Guts Man
A surprisingly multiformed fight where this big armed giant is incorporating the technology of this place into his own design. His first form is the Guts Tank, it will take Rayman to disable the outer defenses but only Shantae can dismantle from the inside using her shapeshifting powers and reach the Guts Core. The second form is Guts Man G, using what parts he has left of the tank form he now wields a grappler arm to throw giant boulders that only Crash's spin is strong enough to repel. On his last legs he has to revert to his original form and go into a full on no holds barge wrestling match with Scrooge.
RUPTURE FARMS
As his empire requires much capital to keep running Wily was never one to shy away from a get rich quick schemes, how fortunate for him he comes across a hellish food processing factory with all the grinding and packaging equipment he needs a fullgathering of slaves working staff....of which to provide a most exotic new meat product with.
STAGE BOSS; Shadow Man & Metal Man
Megaman alone must face two of Wily's most elite warriors if he is to save the Modokins from going into the meat grinder.
WILY TOWER
The final stretch where the Alliance of Evil has gathered for one last hurrah. Go fuck 'em up.
STAGE BOSS 1; Eggman
Using a modified version of the Wily Machine MK 7 that only Sonic's speed can keep pace with.
STAGE BOSS 2; Cortex
Using a modified version of the Wily Machine MK 6 that Crash's spin might be able to topple from beneath.
STAGE BOSS 3; Pete
Using a modified version of the Power Battle Wily Machine that Scrooge might have his hands full with.
STAGE BOSS 4; Risky Boots
Using a modified version of the Wily Machine MK 10 that Shantae will have to grapple her way onto and get in close.
STAGE BOSS 5; Andre
Using a modified version of the MM&Bass Wily Machine that Rayman will have to engage in an airborne dogfight.
STAGE BOSS 6; King Bowser
Using a modified version of the Wily Machine MK 9 that only Mario's jumping ability can reach.
FINAL BOSS; Bass & Treble
Wily's last line of defense, this evil Megaman is all that stands between you and that punk Wily.
